Most phone providers have a way for you to upload them from your phone to a website they have set up. From there you can download them or move them around the inter-webs. For example, I have verizon and when I open a 'pix' it gives me the option to send it 'to Pix place' which is an website through verizon.com. It is a highly proprietary system, but mostly harmless.

For this you need to install blue tooth in your computer. Then you can send your taken pictures to your computer easily.
